Polisport works towards one goal - the creation of the best plastic components on the market.
Polisport plastics are constructed from DGP – Durable Gloss Polypropylene – a result of both Polisport’s own research and close partnership with industry specialists. Due to polypropylene’s characteristics, as the gloss increases its mechanical characteristics decrease. Aware of this problem, Polisport began a 5 year development process, the objective – to create a highly resistant plastic which was also the glossiest on the market. Rigorous testing, both in the lab and in the heat of world class competition resulted in DGP, the first plastic composition for off road that combines maximum gloss with maximum strength.
